We are looking for a UX designer to join our Utilities team at our new premises in Finland, Espoo. You will participate in web application software development for utility network management. Our customers are electricity, water and district heating utilities and our products are used in their core processes in network life cycle management.

In our team the responsibilities include
- User research
- UX workshop facilitation
- Concept design
- Wireframe design
- Interaction and UX pattern design
- Creating interactive prototypes
- Using design system to create final layouts
- Participating in UX design process development
- Usability testing
You should have knowledge of some of the following
- User-centered design methods
- Usability and accessibility
- Concepting and creating prototypes
- Interaction and wireframe design
- UX tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, Miro)
- Collaboration skills to understand and work with a cross-disciplinary team and run stakeholder workshops
- Usability testing methods
Solid communication skills, both in English and in Finnish language and great collaboration skills are a must.
