Description

The Operation Management -application enables managing the operational state of a pipe network. Based on network state data, the operational personnel can operate the pipe network, find out which customers are affected by operational changes and keep track of maintenance needs, such as leaking pipes and stuck valves.

The operational state of the network is updated with near real-time information on state changes by the field personnel. The real-time network state enables ensuring that actions are performed in the correct order.

Past and upcoming service breaks can be analyzed and the information utilized in reporting required by the authorities. The Outage Management application also enables service break information to be published on Internet Map Service and distributed via email and text messages.
