Thanks to our long experience and an extensive library of tools, we provide you with data conversion services from most existing systems to any Trimble solution. Upon request, we also provide data gathering and digitizing services in cooperation with our partners.

We make sure to inform our customers of all the available and upcoming updates to their solutions. Our experts can also carry out the version installation or help customers with it, ensuring that possible database updates are successful, changes in the environment are done correctly, and the updated system functions as expected.
The version upgrades can be combined with training or consultation services to help maximize the benefits of the new version.
Training
We fulfill all training needs related to our solutions, by providing general or tailored training for both system administrators and professional end users.
Our well-defined training courses allow you to utilize the system to its fullest potential:
- During and after deployment of new solutions, to train the key users on all the system functionalities, and all system users in the specific functionalities they need in their work.
- Any time upon request, for example, when there are changes in roles of the system administrators, or there are new users who require training.
- When there are new functionalities in the system, for example, due to version upgrades or specific utility requests.
- Training can be arranged either on-site or at Trimble premises.
Customer support

Hosting Service
We provide our customers with a reliable and secure server environment for Trimble NIS, Trimble DMS and Utility To Go software. The server environment includes hardware, operating system and database management system.
Our Hosting Service customers have access to the software via a remote desktop application, and we as a hosting service provider are responsible for ensuring that the service is available to our customers.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
For utilities that wish to outsource keeping their software up-to-date, we offer a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. We manage the hardware and the software related to the product – partly or entirely, leaving your utility free to concentrate on the data stored in the system.
We also provide a regional solution that enables multiple customers in the same area to share one solution. Software as a Service means that one customer hosts and maintains the actual system covering the data for multiple customers, while the other customers simply have access to it.
