By implementing the Trimble Utility To Go (UTG) mobile application with Trimble’s Network Information and Distribution Management System, Jo-Carroll Energy was able to optimize their workflows around outage management by providing crews detailed network and outage information at their fingertips in the field, day or night, 24 hours a day. As opposed to previous paper-based processes and maps, Jo-Carroll Energy operations staff and field crews can now more easily access detailed outage information in the office and field, compress the time it takes to diagnose an issue, and safely repair and restore power to their affected customers.
