We are looking for a Director, Professional Services to join our Utilities organization in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring the delivery of excellent service experiences to our customers and partners, as well as identifying and developing new service concepts related to our solution offerings.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage Utilities Professional Services teams in the Nordics and Baltics
- Oversee delivery of implementation, consultation and hosting services to our customers and partners
- Develop our existing services and operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Create strategies and completely new service concepts aligned to both Trimble’s business strategies and new needs of our customers and partners
- Ensure and develop the competences and expertise within your organization
- Be accountable for the business objectives of Utilities Professional Services and for the reporting on key business metrics
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Strong experience in energy and/or water industries
- In-depth understanding of distribution network business
- A passion for customers and a dedication to providing a best-in-class service experience
- Background and expertise in building out new service capabilities to accommodate growth and scale
- Demonstrated progressive experience managing, leading and/or delivering professional services
- Excellent leadership, change management, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills with ability to innovate and present future opportunities
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills, fluent Swedish is a big plus
- Ability to travel occasionally
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
- Strong understanding of the general IT trends to support our service offering development
- Experience with a subscription-based business model and SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile software development and cloud platforms

Location of this team is at the Trimble Espoo office in Finland. Our office is located only within 5 minutes walk from Leppävaara train station. We have flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.
