We are now strengthening our team with a new colleague: Advanced Distribution Management Product Manager for our Electricity portfolio. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy of our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) solutions and the full product lifecycle from concept to completed product. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring that our ADMS solutions are “best of breed” and meeting our global customers needs. This is an opportunity to bring your vision to the next generation of ADMS solutions addressing the emerging challenges for the electricity industry such as increasing complexity of the network, new load control requirements and transformation to renewables.
Title: Product Manager - Advanced Distribution Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of product roadmap, setting priorities for releases and scope
- Work with key stakeholders (marketing, sales, engineering, finance, documentation and support) to deliver this roadmap and ensure that customers needs are being met
- Lead the projects to deliver on this roadmap, ensuring that commercial, technical and financial targets are being met
- Collaborate with customers and provide subject matter expertise/industry insights to ensure that our solutions are aligned with customer and market needs
- Promote Trimble’s ADMS vision and capabilities by participating in industry working groups and events
Skills, Abilities & Experience Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Distribution Management System solutions either as a vendor or a utility user
- Experience within enterprise software solutions implementation
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to internal and external audiences
- Deep understanding of the Electricity Distribution domain and the challenges experienced by the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent discipline
Preferred Skills, Abilities & Experience:
While not required, the following would be an advantage in the role:
- Experience as a product manager responsible for enterprise software solutions
- Communication skills in Finnish, Swedish or German
